Flame Broiled Smoked Salmon Filet  –  $16.95

Served with our tartar sauce and/or lemon wedge.  Lightly smoked, then flame broiled.  Add seasoning for $1.00 more — our Creole, Cajun, or Jamaican seasoning blends.

Flame Broiled Smoked Tilapia Loin – $ 15.95

Served with our tartar sauce and/or lemon wedge.  Lightly smoked, then flame broiled.  Add seasoning for $1.00 more — our Creole, Cajun, or Jamaican seasoning blends.

Cajun Prawns (very spicy) served over choice of Linguini  or Coconut Rice   –  $21.95

Prawns are sauteed in butter, garlic, and spices, then lightly simmered in beer.  Prawn mixture is then put on top of your choice of either coconut rice or linguini that has been lightly tossed in white wine, olive oil, garlic and herbs.

Prawns Linguini  –  $18.95

Prawns are sauteed in butter, then put on top of linguini that has been lightly tossed in white wine, olive oil, garlic, and herbs.

Sauteed prawns can also be served over coconut rice.

Steamed Clams Linguini or Steamed Mussels Linguini  –  $16.95

One lb. of either clams or mussels cooked in their shells with broth, then put on top of linguini that has been lightly tossed in white wine, olive oil, garlic and herbs.
