Barbecue dinner entrees come with your choice of our homemade barbecue sauces – Steve’s sweet Chicago-style Hickory Smoke sauce (mild or spicy) or Missy’s tangy cider vinegar, black and red pepper Virginia style sauce.

 ~ Flame Broiled Smoked Baby Back Ribs ~

Whole Rack – $28.95                    Half Rack – $14.95

Ribs are lightly smoked with our pork rub, then flame broiled.

Flame Broiled Smoked Pork Loin  –  $10.95 

Pork loin is lightly smoked, then thickly sliced and flame broiled.

Add one of our homemade spice blends to your pork loin for $1.00 extra – Our pork seasoning, or our Cajun, Creole, Jamaican Jerk, Buffalo, or Five Spice blends.

Steve’s Specialty Entree ~ Smoked & Flame Broiled Rack of Lamb – $28.95

Lightly smoked in our special lamb rub, then flame broiled to order.  Served with choice of Missy’s lemon and mint butter, or her mint jelly.  Limited availability – call one week ahead.  It’s worth it.

Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich  –  $7.95

Add a scoop of slaw, sauteed onions, or bacon – $1.00 extra.  

Add a slice of American cheese or American Swiss cheese – .50

~ It’s just the two of us, and we prepare our food from scratch in small batches to make sure it’s fresh when served.  Because of this, we periodically run out of items. ~

~ For special items or requests, we need one week advance notice. ~
