Missy is now making real Chicken Fried Steak, smothered in rich, creamy sausage gravy! A half pound of chuck steak is pounded, dredged in batter and our seasoned fried chicken breading, then deep fried. No pre-fab stuff here! We then smother it with a half-pound of our rich creamy sausage gravy.
