Beef, Pork, and Lamb

Steve and Missy Genson have been making everything from scratch in small batches since 2001.  We do all of our own shopping.  Steve hand cuts and smokes the meats.  Missy does all the baking and other cooking.  We both make the sauces and rubs.  Relax and enjoy!

Each dinner includes your choice of one of our side dishes and homemade rolls.  Extra side dishes are $1.95 each.

Missy is now making real Chicken Fried Steak, smothered in rich, creamy sausage gravy!  A half pound of chuck steak is pounded, dredged in batter and our seasoned fried chicken breading, then deep fried.   No pre-fab stuff here!  We then smother it with a half-pound of our sausage gravy.  $12.95 for this super hearty meal, which included your choice of sides and our homemade rolls.

With advance notice, we can also prepare Steve’s specialty, smoked rack of lamb.  A real delicacy.
